1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk011," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pk011 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities operating under the pk011 brand at pk011.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on pk011 or uses any pk011 service, whether or not a financial transaction has been made.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on pk011.net, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Platform" means the pk011 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at pk011.net.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their pk011 account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds awarded by pk011 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Applicable Laws" means any law, regulation, directive, or regulatory requirement applicable to pk011's operations under its international gaming licence.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk011 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on pk011.net, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk011. pk011 recommends that you retain a copy of these terms for your records. If you have questions about any provision, please contact our support team before proceeding.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use pk011's real-money services, you must register a single, personal account on pk011.net. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. pk011 strictly prohibits access to underage individuals and will request identity verification documents at its sole discretion.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on pk011. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
• You must not register or use a pk011 account on behalf of any third party. Account sharing, transfer, or sale is strictly prohibited.
• pk011 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any account at any time if it determines that these eligibility conditions have not been met.

Players are responsible for ensuring that use of the pk011 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of pk011 does not violate any law applicable to you personally.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk011 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT (TRC-20). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the pk011 platform:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20). pk011 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by pk011 without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account promptly upon confirmed receipt. pk011 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players whose KYC documents have not been submitted and approved may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• pk011 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the player's verification status.
• pk011 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk011 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk011 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer. Bonuses that expire before completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pk011 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are in the middle of meeting a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be notified of the applicable treatment.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated play designed to manipulate bonus outcomes, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk011 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the pk011 platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk011 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet under normal circumstances, except where expressly permitted by the applicable sport or game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, connection failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pk011 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance.
• pk011 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets affected by suspicious activity or integrity concerns.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface.
• Winnings from real-money wagers will be credited to the player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation of the outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk011. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, with no obligation of prior notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the pk011 platform or gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or bonus.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a suspension or ban.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Players who discover an error are required to report it to pk011 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or causes harm to the pk011 platform, its infrastructure, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk011 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, text, software, user interface design, and all associated materials — is the exclusive property of pk011 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk011 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk011 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pk011 software or game.
• Use the pk011 brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk011's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk011 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk011 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions or gaming activity.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond pk011's reasonable control, including internet outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by pk011 in good faith to void, reverse, or adjust a transaction following detection of fraudulent or prohibited activity.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

pk011 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on pk011, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk011 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pk011's legal retention obligations. Data subject requests may be submitted to our support team at [email protected].

11. Responsible Gaming

pk011 takes responsible gaming seriously. We are committed to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all pk011 account holders via their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk011 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a pre-set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pk011 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the pk011 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk011's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the pk011 platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern with our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and transaction disputes are resolved at this stage within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved by support, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. pk011 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following pk011's formal response, you may refer the matter to the relevant authority under pk011's international gaming licence.
